Who am I?

Hello! I am Rindie, a licensed therapist, wife, and mother, I help people overcome their struggles and discover their inner strengths. My straightforward approach blends collaboration and encouragement, guiding clients through challenges like perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma, and shame. I focus on practical solutions and genuine support to foster personal growth and resilience.

Anger Management

IIn our anger management sessions, we’ll tackle your anger head-on with practical strategies. I’ll help you identify triggers, develop healthier responses, and improve your communication skills. My goal is to equip you with the tools to transform anger from a destructive force into a catalyst for positive change.

Whether you're dealing with frequent outbursts or long-held resentments, we’ll work together to create a calmer, more balanced approach to life’s challenges.

Biofeedback (HeartMath)

HeartMath biofeedback helps you sync your heart and mind for better emotional control and stress management. Using real-time feedback, you’ll learn to achieve heart coherence—a state of optimal balance. This science-based technique reduces anxiety, improves focus and energy, and builds resilience. Through practical exercises, you’ll develop skills to navigate life's challenges more effectively, leading to lasting positive change.

HeartMath isn’t just about managing stress; it’s about transforming how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

Trauma

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful and efficient approach to healing from trauma. By combining eye movements with guided visualization, ART helps your brain reprocess and store distressing memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. It has been effective in treating issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, grief, and addiction.

Although revisiting painful experiences such as combat, loss, or assault can be challenging, ART helps you move through these stuck points quickly, allowing you to make meaningful, empowering changes. Many people find the process calming and often experience a sense of relief by the end of the session.

Telehealth

I'm a Board Certified Telehealth Provider, offering secure online counseling to clients in Minnesota. Telehealth is a good option when a packed schedule, travel challenges, or bad weather strikes.
